Track Your Order
Follow your Dimitri shipment with clear, up-to-date delivery information. Tracking becomes available after your order has shipped and the carrier has scanned the parcel.
What you need
- Your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email.
- The email address or phone number used at checkout, if requested by the tracking form.
- A little time after fulfillment: carrier scans can take 24–72 hours to appear.
Tracking stages
- Order confirmed: your purchase has been received.
- Processing: the warehouse prepares and hands the parcel to the carrier.
- In transit: the carrier updates the parcel as it moves through the network.
- Delivered: the carrier confirms arrival at the destination address.
